Canvas LMS MCP and CLI

I first made the Canvas MCP server project in my free time for a couple of reasons:

• I wanted to learn how MCPs work
• I wanted an easier time keeping up with my assignments
• I was frustrated navigating around each course's differently arranged Canvas page

After agent skills became the new go to, and after seeing how @steipete designed many of his CLIs to be agent-friendly, I made a new project to be a CLI that agents could use instead.
